Feb 19, 2020 · I've been chatting back and forth with MS Support within Outlook trying to resolve this issue, without success. When I choose the "View in Browser" option at the top of an email, it opens in Internet Explorer as an mht file. However, if I click on the link within the email, it opens in Chrome, my default browser.
